Michele Abello is a trained sommelier, waiter, and bar manager whose passion for exquisite wines and delicacies is deeply rooted in his background. As an Italian-Swiss dual citizen, he brings the culinary traditions of both countries into his work. Born and raised in Northern Italy, Michele learned early on to recognize and appreciate select products. He owes this ability to his father, a renowned delicatessen dealer who introduced him to the intricacies of the culinary world.
His training as a sommelier and subsequent roles as a waiter and bar manager allowed Michele to further refine his knowledge and skills. He always placed particular emphasis on quality and authenticity.
Since 2022, Michele Abello has been an independent wine merchant. He specializes in Italian, Swiss, and Spanish wines as well as select Italian delicacies. He sells these through his online shop to both end customers and restaurants. Michele places great importance on the quality of the products and the satisfaction of his customers. His success is the result of years of experience, deep expertise, and an unparalleled passion for the world of wines and delicacies.
