Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") are structured by customer groups to facilitate easy navigation. You will find the relevant provisions under the following sections:

A. General Provisions

A.1 Scope

These GTC govern all services and offers of Swiss Gastro Betriebs GmbH (hereinafter "Provider"), including:

• Restaurant and Banquet Operations
• Catering Services
• Camping Türlersee
• Beach Resort Türlersee
• Online Ticketing

A.2 Prices

• All prices are in Swiss Francs, including VAT.
• Prices are subject to change.

A.3 Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 10 days net from the invoice date.
• For customers residing abroad: Payment exclusively by credit card or advance payment.
• The Provider reserves the right to deliver only against credit card or advance payment.

A.4 Liability

• Customers are liable for all damages caused by them.
• No liability is assumed for damage to or loss of customer property.
• Use of all facilities is at your own risk.

A.5 Data Protection

Our separate Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data. This is an integral part of these GTC.

B. Restaurant and Banquet Guests

B.1 Quotations and Reservations

• The Provider prepares a quotation for each event and sends it to the customer.
• Quotations are valid for 10 days from delivery.
• Upon acceptance of the quotation, the value of the agreed services is provisionally determined, subject to later adjustments such as additional consumption, additional guests, or event extension ("provisional order value").
• Acceptance of the quotation implies acceptance of these GTC.

B.2 Brought-in Food and Beverages

• In principle, all food and beverages must be obtained from the Provider.
• A corkage fee is charged for brought-in beverages (Wine: CHF 30.- per 75cl).

B.3 Guest Number Notification

• The customer must notify the final number of participants four working days in advance and confirm this again no later than 24 hours before the event.
• If fewer than the registered guests attend at the start of the event, the registered number of guests will still be charged. If more than the registered guests attend, these will be charged additionally.

B.4 Event End and Extension

• Upon request, events can be held until 04:00.
• Permit for extension after 24:00: CHF 150, application required 30 days in advance.

B.5 Cancellation

In case of event cancellation, the following costs apply:

• Up to 10 working days prior: 50% of the provisional order value
• Up to 5 working days prior: 70% of the provisional order value
• Less than 5 working days: 100% of the provisional order value

C. Camping and Tent Sites

C.1 Applicable Regulations

In addition to these GTC, the following apply:

• The Camping Regulations
• The Additional Provisions for Seasonal Campers and Tent Users
• The Safety Regulations for Liquid Gas Installations

C.2 Reservations and Payments

• Reservations are only binding after full payment of the stay.
• If guests fail to arrive on the arrival day without cancellation by 18:00, the booking is considered cancelled and the paid amount is forfeited. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 30 days before arrival; thereafter, the full amount is due.
• Seasonal campers are subject to specific payment terms according to the Additional Provisions.

C.3 Site Rules

• All provisions of the Camping Regulations are binding.
• The Nature Conservation Regulations must be observed.
• Instructions from the camping management must be followed.

D. Beach Resort and Online Ticketing

D.1 Ticket Types

• Day passes
• Season tickets
• Discounted season tickets e.g. for residents of Hausen am Albis

D.2 Online Ticket Purchase

• Tickets are valid immediately after payment, subject to verification by the provider.
• Returns or cancellations are not possible.
• No automatic refund in case of technical problems.

D.3 Resident Discount

• Residents of Hausen am Albis receive a discount on season tickets.
• The buyer agrees to verification of discount eligibility by the municipal administration.
• In case of misuse, the season ticket will be blocked and the difference to the regular price will be charged.

D.4 Validity and Transferability

• Day passes are valid only on the selected day.
• Season tickets are person-specific and non-transferable.
• In case of misuse, the ticket will be blocked.

Final Provisions

1. Right to Modify

These GTC may be modified at any time. The version valid at the time of order or booking applies.

2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• Swiss substantive law applies exclusively.
• The place of jurisdiction is the ordinary courts at the registered office of Swiss Gastro Betriebs GmbH.
